For someone who talks so much about the law, you don’t seem to have much understanding of it. 17 may be above the age of consent in New York but she’s still a minor under federal law on child pornography. This means she is under age from the POV of photograph and video so you do have to be careful what you record. So yes you could have sex with her in New York, but if you recorded yourself (or someone else) doing it whether in public or private, expect to get intimately acquainted with a big black dude called Bubba in prison. At least that’s what they say, I don’t live in the US and find their treatment of prisoners disgusting. Although I admit for people like you I don’t feel quite so much sympathy.
You may say what you were recording isn’t likely to be considered child pornography. Well you’re probably right but ‘lascivious exhibition’ is ill defined. But before you speak without researching again, it probably doesn’t require nudity. Talking about twat wedgies likely doesn’t help your case no matter whether you’re gay. And acting like such a prat when people politely ask you to stop is just going to encourage some bored or vindictive US attorneys to pursue you.
